Therefore, saving the document automatically stores the <help:productname xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">%PRODUCTNAME</help:productname> Basic project as well.</p>
<p class="Head2">Proceed as follows to save a <help:productname xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">%PRODUCTNAME</help:productname> Basic project attached to a document or a template:</p>
<p class="Paragraph">When you save the document (or template), any libraries or modules (containing SUBS and FUNCTIONS) are saved in the corresponding document. You can either use the Close icon (X) in the Title bar of the <help:productname xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">%PRODUCTNAME</help:productname> Basic IDE window, or the menu command <span class="T1">File - Close</span> to save the document with <span class="T1">Save</span> or <span class="T1">Save As</span>.</p>
